Monday - Wednesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Thursday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Free Shipping on Orders over $100 (before tax)

$10 Shipping in Waterloo, Kitchener & Cambridge

$15 Rest of Ontario

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to order items that require shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.

TAXES

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.

RETURN POLICIES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!

Returns/exchanges can be dropped off in store or shipped back to us for a full refund within 7 days of delivery date, less shipping and a $3 restocking fee.

All returned merchandise must be:

In its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.

Have all its original tags attached.

Package is postmarked for return within 7 days of purchase or delivery date.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:

Final sale/markdown items such as our $1.00 bins or our sale bundle packs

To initiate a return please email childrensmarketplace@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Waterloo please return items within business hours.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
